    If you register to be notified about the Single Room Occupancy (SRO) apartments, here is what you need to know.

     

    About Co-Living - Single Room Occupancy

     

    7INK provides an all-inclusive living experience designed to bring more convenience, community, and connection to everyday life. 7 Ink consists of a mix of compact studio units and co-living units, which have private bedrooms but shared living areas and kitchen areas.

     

    For the co-living units (also known as Single Room Occupancy “SRO” units), there will be shared kitchen/living areas within the unit. For co-living units, the property management staff will use a tenant matching software called “Room Sync” to pair up prospective residents based on shared interests.

    All units at 7 Ink are furnished apartments with all utilities included!

    7 Ink also offers bi-weekly apartment cleaning, high-speed internet, TV/Streaming Services, and a move-in kit with kitchen basics.

     

    Utilities: All utilities are included: Gas, Electricity, Water/Sewer,  High-Speed Internet, TV/Streaming Services.

     

    How are Applicants Assigned to SRO Rooms?

     

    Room Sync asks the applicants questions regarding their lifestyle habits and preferences for this living environment. Their choices are showcased on their matching profile and are used to provide a compatibility percentage with other users.

    Users can narrow their potential roommate search by applying lifestyle filters or searching by academic majors, housing options, or specific names.

    Users can link their Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest accounts to their RoomSync profiles, allowing other users to get a full picture of the interests and personalities of their potential roommates.

    The RoomSync app uses a fun, interactive browsing format where users will swipe through potential roommate profiles, swiping left to skip and right to like. If two users mutually swipe right, they are notified that they’re “Sync’d” and are prompted to get to know each other better.

    Users can narrow their potential roommate search by applying lifestyle filters or specific names. Direct and Group Chats

    Users connect directly within the RoomSync app using built-in chat and messaging tools.

     

    Helpful Information

     

    Washer/dryer: There is a common card-operated laundry room in the building.

    Storage: There is not any additional storage on site.

    Parking: There is not any parking on site.

    Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in the Compact Studio units. Pets are not allowed in the Co-Living Units. Service animals are permitted with proper documentation.

    In addition to a maximum income, there are minimum incomes for the properties listed. 

    This means your gross income (before taxes) for W2 employement and net income for self employment, must be above the minimum income listed for that property.  The minimum income does not apply to applicants who have mobile housing vouchers (not project based vouchers).

    The rental units listed on our website will all have minimum incomes.  They will not include programs that are based on your income as other program offer (unless stated otherwise).
