    ADA Mobility Features:  This means the unit can include (not limited to) lower kitchen countertops and appliances, wider doors and hallways, lower light switches, and a roll-in shower.

    Hearing Impaired Features: This means the unit can include (not limited to) flashing light for the door bell and the fire and carbon monoxide alarm.

  • How are pay stubs calculated?

    • Applicants must provide the last 2 consecutive pay stubs for all adult household members (over 18 years of age).

    How are pay stubs calculated?

    • Pay is calculated based on taking your current pay and projecting it over 12 months.
    • The projection is based on the average of your last 2 pay stubs or the average based on dividing your year-to-date gross income by the number of pay periods.
    • Bonuses, commissions, and overtime are calculated in this projection.  

    Additional Information:

    • Provide school transcript or proof of student status for dependent household members over the age of 18 and full‐time students.
    • Please include the income for any full-time students over age 18.

  • When self-employment income is sporadic or based upon commission, the projection of household income currently shall be based upon historical data unless:

    (1) The household can demonstrate and verify that it has experienced a change in circumstances that is a reliable indicator that its income has decreased and that the historical data is not a reasonable basis for projecting household income; or

    (2) Documentation indicates that the household has experienced a change in circumstance that is a reliable indicator that its income has increased and that the historical data is not a reasonable basis for projecting household income.

    b. When self-employment income is sporadic or based upon commission and there is no record of self-employment from the last year in which tax returns were filed, the projection of household income will be based solely upon the reliable year-to-date documentation.
