    Note: If a household's income falls under the 80% AMI limits, they would be eligible to purchase a 100% and 120% AMI unit. Similarly, if a household’s income is over the 80% AMI limit but below the 100% AMI, they would be eligible to purchase the 100% or 120% AMI units.

     

     

    You could be reached in line for all units that you applied for or only certain ones based on the ranking for each lottery pool. For example, you may not be reached for the 80% 2-Bedroom, but you could be reached for the 2-Bedroom 100% AMI & 120% AMI.

  • Pay Stubs

  • How are pay stubs calculated?

    • Applicants must provide the last 3 months of consecutive pay stubs for all adult household members (18 years of age or older).

    How are pay stubs calculated?

    • Pay is calculated based on taking your current pay and projecting it over 12 months.
    • The projection is based on the average of your pay stubs or the average based on dividing your year-to-date gross income by the number of pay periods.
    • Bonuses, commissions, and overtime are calculated in this projection.  

    Additional Information:

    • Provide school transcript or proof of student status for dependent household members over the age of 18 and full‐time students.
    • Please include the income for any full-time students over age 18.
