  • Instructions and Steps

     

    Step 1: Complete the registration form.

    Step 2: You will receive an Income/Asset Eligibility Application immediately after you complete this form by email (check your spam if you do not see the email).

    This will include requests for your pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns, and a Pre-Approval or Pre-Qualification letter. 

    Property Tours: At this time, you will also be invited to tour the property.  We will be conducting Open Houses on Sundays and will provide details for days and times.

    Step 3: Submit the completed application to Maloney Properties. Applications will be processed in the order they are received.

    Step 4: Once your application is approved, Maloney Properties will initiate the under contract process by sending you the Unit Reservation and Purchase and Sales Agreement.

    Step 5: After contracts are signed, you will apply for a mortgage.

    Step 6: Close on your new home!
