Instructions and Steps

Step 1: Complete the registration form.

Step 2: You will receive an Income/Asset Eligibility Application by email after you complete this form (check your spam folder if you do not see the email).

This will include requests for your pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns, and a Pre-Approval or Pre-Qualification letter.

Step 3: Submit the completed application to ACRES. Applications will be processed in the order they are received.

Step 4: Once your application is approved, ACRES will initiate the under-contract process by sending you the Unit Reservation and Purchase and Sales Agreement.

Step 5: After contracts are signed, you will apply for a mortgage.

Step 6: Close on your new home!
